Catherine, the mother, has been restoring the castle with passion since 1982. She gave the atmosphere by choosing autheticity over ostentatious renovations. 

She is also the one who takes care of the vegetable garden. In 2009, she started to produce vegetables and aromatic herbs for the restaurant François 1st.

 

The twin sisters :

Marina, Chef (3 toques in Guide Gault Millau) since 2007, and

Caroline takes care of hospitality and comfort during your stay at the Chateau. She's been working in Hong Kong and in London for a few years. She came back in 2002 to join the family adventure.

 

Ludmilla, grandmother and  great-grandmother aged 91, started in 1955 with the regretted husband Jean Laden, to transform this 12th century castle to a hotel and restaurant.
